How do I install my Lightroom Mobile Preset?

1. Download the file to your mobile phone via the link ‘DOWNLOAD HERE’
2. Open the Lightroom App (if you don’t have it, install first – it’s FREE). Click ‘Add Image’ button and add the file. It will appear as an image.
3. Open the image > Click the 3 dots in the top right corner > Click ‘Create Preset’ > Name your preset > Save
4. Go back to Home Page in your App. Add your own photo and open it. In the Edit Mode scroll the bottom panel to ‘Presets’ > ‘User Presets’ > Click the preset you have created.
What do I do if after applying a Mobile Lightroom Preset, my photo is too light?
Try adjusting these settings in the Bottom panel (Edit Mode) of your Lightroom App:
Light > Exposure > Reduce
Light > Shadows > Reduce
What do I do if after applying a Mobile Lightroom Preset, my photo is too grainy / pixelated?
Try adjusting these settings in the Bottom panel (Edit Mode) of your Lightroom App:
Detail > Sharpening > Reduce
Effects > Grain > Reduce
What do I do if after applying a Mobile Lightroom Preset, my skin is too orange?
Try adjusting these settings in the Bottom panel (Edit Mode) of your Lightroom App:
Color > Mix > Orange circle > Saturation > Reduce
Color > Mix > Orange circle > Luminance > Increase
What do I do if after applying a Mobile Lightroom Preset, my photo is too warm / cold?
Try adjusting these settings in the Bottom panel (Edit Mode) of your Lightroom App:
Color > Temp > Adjust towards Blue / Yellow

Color > Temp > Adjust towards Green / Pink
How do I download my files?
The link to download files is emailed to you once the payment if processed. If you cannot find an email from The Preset Design, please check your Promotions tab (if in Gmail), Junk folder or Spam folder.
The link to download your files is also available right after your purchase once the payment is received. So, please try to refresh the page or wait for a couple of minutes.
If you have an account with The Preset Design, you are able to access your link online via My Account – Downloads.
Why do I get an error ‘File is unsupported’ when I download it on my computer?
Don’t worry! This happens because you have purchased a Mobile Preset, which works only on mobile phones.
Simply re-download your files straight to your mobile phone.
When I try to download my files, the page keeps loading and nothing happens (or download fails).
If this error happens, please contact us and we will email you the presets plus an alternative link to your files.
When I create a preset and apply it to my photos, the colors do not change.
1. Contact us and we will email you the files. Download your files from your email straight to your mobile phone (Camera Roll or Gallery) > Add into Lightroom App.
2. Try to ‘Copy Settings’ from the preset file and ‘Paste Settings’ into your own photo (instead of creating a preset). Then ‘Create a Preset’ from your own photo.
3. Check if you are registered in your Lightroom App and if you are logged in. Try to reinstall the App.
4. If this does not work, try to delete all presets from your Lightroom App and your phone. Restart your phone. Download files and install again.
